I have shaw extreme internet and am running zone which came free with the adsl i was running before. Using bittornado im only getting speeds around 5kb/s. Im downloading from pisexy and thats all the speed i can get. I used to run the extreme with the windows firewall and norton av 2005 and had no problems with whatsoever. Need help please to get my speed back.

It might be ur Bt client. Has pisexy banned C++ ie: bitcomet, bitlord?. This could be ur problem, but I've also heard of some issues w/ ZoneAlarm. Try switching clients, Azureus or utorrent is ur best bet, switch off DHT (just for private torrents) and d/l a healthy torrent w/ Zone Alarm on. If it doesn't work turn off ZA and try again.
