hey i'm a noob and i just ordered my fliptop a couple days ago. I've gotten ps2 back-ups downpack but the cd won't spin when the flip-top is on. I'd appreciate any solutions you might have thanks.

Sounds like the fliptop isnt installed right. Make sure you have it seeted on the PS2 all the way so it dosent come in contect with the PS2 disc.
