MATRIX TRILOGY BACKUP PROBLEM

Thanx very much for all the help this forum has given me and others.

i want to backup my matrix trilogy but keep having problems. first things first this is not a software problem because i have backed up al 1643 movies i own.

1. the matrix version i am trying to copy is the collectors set that is
in the plexyglass case with the bust of neo.

2. i put the dvd in my lg gsa-6143b (any of the five i have in my
computer) and the drive reads the dvd as a dvd-rom. then the
computer has a hard time reading the disc. i can not even explore
the disc.

has anyone had this problem or is there some way to rectify this unbearable problem i am having.

You probably have a bad pressed DVD, take it back and exchange it. Also, to be sure it is a bad press, play it in your standalone DVD player.

I GOT A BAD COPY, THEY DON'T EVEN WORK IN MY DVD PLAYER, AHHHHHH!!!!!

i bought this set the day it came out and just opened it 4 days ago. i will just have to go to bestbuy tomorrow and exchange, although they do not have any of the set that i have so i gues i will have to switch the disc out with an ultimate collection discs.

THIS SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!

I backed up the trilogy with my 6143b and did not have any problems. I uses AnyDVD, DVDdecrypter to rip, DVDshrink to compress, and imgburn to burn.

Wonderfully easy!
