I want to backup a DVD that is actually a 2 in 1 DVD. It has two programs and extra feautures. Program one is a series of music videos with some intros between them. Program two is a complete concert. Extras are a series of individual videos, discography and interview.

Is there a way (program/programs) that could enable me to split the DVD in the following manner:

-DVD-R #1 = Program one (videos)

-DVD-R #2 = Program two (concert)+ Extras

And of course with a functional (or semi-functional) menu for the parts that are actually in the DVD-R?

If I always hear voices surrounding me, does it mean Im crazy or that I hear in Dolby 5.1?

Never mind. I downloaded a trial version of DVDFab and I was able to split the contents to 2 DVD-R's and still keep a functional menu for both of them. Now, what I would like to be able to do is to somehow tell the program where to split. It would be handy for other large DVD's I've got. That way I could end up with 2 folders, one over 5 Gigs for the main movie and a smaller one for the extras. I would then compress the Bigger File with menus included and back it up to 2 DVD's, each one with a functional menu.

If I always hear voices surrounding me, does it mean Im crazy or that I hear in Dolby 5.1?

hermes_vb,
Just use DVDShrink. You can download from this site.

I've got DVD Shrink. When I use the Re-Author mode, the menus lose functionality.

Dude, Sorry I didn't read your first post properly, I thought you just wanted to back-up the entire disc, sorry about that.
