hi i got an epson r300 for x mas and i was printing onto actual cds and they was leaving a white circle in the middle but im pretty sure my disks are full faced so i was trying different things in the epson program and couldnt find nothing so tried to do it through coverxp and it started printing half off the disk so i pressed stop on screen and everything just stopped, so i then pulled the cd/dvd tray out (which im now thinking was a bad idea) and when i went to print again it comes up with an error message saying
"General error, see your printer documentation for information on how to fix it" so i checked and it said to press stop on the lcd panel and it would eject everything but i had already pulled the tray out so when i press the buttion nothing happens. The on screen error tells me to cancel any print jobs, turn the printer off remove and foreign objects from inside the printer then turn it back on. ive done this but aint found no foreign objects and it just says the same thing everytime. Can anyone suggest what to do?
