i got my hands on a copy of wolf creek (pal). it is already compressed. i am having problems convertering from pal to ntsc.

i used vob blanker to convert from pal to ntsc then burned the files using nero 7. i went back to vob blanker to check the burnt disk and it said that it was converted. i took the dvd out of the dvd burner and but it in my dvd player and the player started to play but said that it could not be played. so i took the dvd out of the dvd player and rechecked the dvd through vob blanker. vob said it was ntsc. what could be the prob?

If you are using Nero7 and you wish to convert from PAL to NTSC then all you have to do is select NTSC in your Nero prog and it will convert. Strange as Wolf Creek has only just hit the Australian cinemas.

he probley got it of a bit torent site that is where i got mine, and mine is an iso file and it was not to bad for a cam job

proble was with the menu compression. i used Nero recode to convert just the movie.
