I got a Dvd that I can play on my computer but not on my DVD player. At first it was to dark so I tried DVD fAB Decrypter, which fixed that problem but I still cant play it on any DVD player. It came from another reiogon so that may be the problem. Please help me fix this problem thanks. I use DVD shrink and nero to burn DVDs.

once you used DVDFabDecrypter your movie should be region free..... so being that the movie is from a different region isn't your problem once ripped to the hard drive. It may be your media. Did you change your media that you usually burn to? What manufacturer ID do you have? Here is a media guide to see where your disk is: http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm
Top notch disks are Taiyo Yuden (you can buy them online at supermediastore.com, rima.com and other places), Verbatim, Maxell, Sony..... to name a few. Many problem of compatability and pixilation, skipping, freezing can be avoided if you use the best media....... and it's just as expensive as the bad media.... just be away of that.

I recently had the same problem with a few disc's a freind sent me. First off the thing I would do is check around with other dvd players your moms ur brothers etc and see if it is the disc (which it sounds like it is) cause it won't play in ur PS2. It sounds as if your friend when he made these disc's for you did not finalize them. So they will be recognized by ur PC but not standalone players. Maybe ask them to reburn it. And make sure he goes through the whole process from start to finish. And check with an disc identifier to see if their are any errors that it may find on the disc.
