Burning to a DVD-R with dvd decrypter...HELP !!!

Hi Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone can help here? i use dvd decryptor ok & its a great tool,now i can make a backup & save it to my hard-disk,then my next step is copy to a dvd.....now with dvd decryptor it will only let me copy to a dvd+r & not a dvd-r ???? now if i use alcohol 120% to burn the image it wil burn to dvd-r & dvd+r ,strange ????

Can i get some guidance !! Please

Lol, because your DVD is a DVD+R Writer

Same as mine, mine cant burn on DVD-R so i use DVD+R. Just change the book type, read my signature for more info

yea invest in a Dvd write with all compabilities(SP),
u can get one for 70 bucks,gots me the Hp dual dvd r u name it dual layer,lightscribe one

I have checked this,sure i can use alc.120% to burn to DVD-R disks.........I checked this aswell: tools / drive /capabilites = list of all disks supported .........
