Probably not... it basically all boils down to the quality of the DVD-R that you use... unless you buy some better dvd-r's then you're going to have problems with burning games.

You need to post the rest of the info, from "Pre-recorded" down.

You will need to put a blank DVD in your drive. Once that registers with Decrypter, it will show the rest of the information.

It should show a line that says Manufacturer ID. Try ejecting it and putting it back in to see if it shows up.
If it doesn't show up, you can try burning one of your Phoenix DVD's at 4X to see if that helps. It might just create another coaster though.
Your best bet is to try better media, like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Sony, Maxell, Philips or TDK.

No worries...
You might still want to get some better media though.. if the disc information isn't showing up then I think it's probably not very good and the disc might die on you in a few weeks/months maybe.
Get some better media that we suggested before and you should be ok then..

Yeah, pretty good :)
... I was not able to get on the site much today though.. I think maybe the servers are quite busy lately with people trying to get their downloads in before the 1st January when they start taking stuff off the site. It's damn annoying though... my browser just sits there trying to connect to AD sometimes, so I give up and go do something else for a while and hope the servers calm down a bit, LOL.
