i am using p2p programs(azureus, but i am actually confused about all that. i got 2 questions, and will be glad if someone can answer them.
first question: i know that user can download files from other users and other users can download files from the user. but if i download files from u, u download em from someone else, so there should be one person who downloading himself, can i be such a person? i know it is kinda confusing (what i wrote, but... if u can help)
and other question if i will increase my upload speed will download speed increase too, cause i tried it once and it increased, but maybe it was just luck...
