hi everyone. i have a question about rebuilding a game. do you rebuild first and then patch the dnas number in after it's been rebuild or do you patch the dnas number first and then rebuild. thanks

After you've rebuilt the iso.

Which method is easier to patch , the 29 steps or the WInDip method. Also I backup a copy of my friends NeoGEo Battle Coliseum he got from Japan. This game also have Online play. Is it possible to patch a game and get it to work using NTSC ps2 but not in the Japanese region?
