have u got a working disc of Smackdown or is it a downloaded version?

if u have a working disc of the game, you could try another method.

instead of using Decrypter use Nero or Sonic. select the Exact copy function. put the working disc, let the software read it.

after it is done. put a good quality media in it. burn at have speed
of disc say if it is a 4x disc then at 2x, if 8x the at 4x.

if possible use an 8x one.

avoid 16x media and cheap media.

let me know if this works.

Rebuild it, use iso buster to extract the files to hard disc and then follow the rebuilding guide from the stickies... it sounds as if it's badly scratched or something.

What modchip do you have?

Try using good media to burn the game with.. there's brands in my sig that are good.. also a link is there for a good media thread.
