Converting Gran Turismo 4 from NTSC to PAL

I have an NTSC version of GT4 on my PC HD and would like to convert it to PAL. It plays fine on my modded PS2 on my main TV (as it plays both NTSC and PAL) but I would like to play this game on my Portable TV which only plays PAL format. Has anyone managed to patch this game to PAL and get it to work?

i also want to backup fifa 06 to PAL,
i have the NTSC version of it but its black and white on my tv!!
