After you run Pal2NTSC patcher and it says "patching" complete, do you have to click on any file to get the patch added to the iso or do you just burn the iso that you had and it will have the patch automatically in it? Do you burn the bak file? Is this the patched iso file?

I've never patched any games, but I know that the .bak file is always the old file that you need to get rid of:

eg, if you have a GGG.??? and a GGG.bak, then you delete the bak file.

If you read up about patching the y-fix or whatever it should say somewhere what you need to do.
