i just install xp pro sp2. i look into the hardwares profile there is a yellow ? mark on the ethernet. this meam i need the driver for the on board card. I do not have the driver disk.. can any1 address to the download site, and which driver should i down load.. the mobo is Intel D865PERL.. thanx in advance..

ethernet controller like the one with q mark is sligtley bigger than the modem point and u connect up to a local area network ie a small network/house nework.

@Soberfree: LAN means Local Area Network, which you would have if your have 2 or more computers connected in your house.
WAN means Wide Area Network which, for example, you have a computer at home networked with a computer at work. Your work place is the one that supports the WAN.
