i'm looking for cheap in Enclosure case for my dvd-rom drive.
does any one here know where i can find one for a good price and what are some good ones to use?
are these dvd drive Enclosure cases any good?

Whether DVD or HDD they work great!

The units I use and suggested all have fans in them. If down the road you want to install a HDD instead of a DVD Writer you MUST have a fan in it to cool it properly. Heat can be the enemy of any electronic part or combination of. A fan causes air movement where as a case or enclosure with just ventilation depends on its surrounding air to cool. If you were in a hot room, would you prefer to be in front of a fan or just sitting in that room when trying to cool off?

ok thanks ScubaBud just had to asked you that about the fan in the case cause i also notice that they had some without and they said because of what the case was made out of that the dvd drive or hard would not get hot but i'm going to get a case with a fan in it.
