How to I view the movie I downloaded from bittorent?

I downloaded Wedding Crashers off bittorent, took me all day to download it, but my question is how to I view the movie? Any help would be nice.

First off u need WinRAR to open the file. How big is the file?. If its 4. something gigs it will probably a .img file, u can watch w/ VLC media player or burn w/ DVD Decrypter. If its 1.something gigs it will be .AVI and u can convert w/ vso DivX to dvd, and burn w/ Nero.

Definetely use VLC Media Player to view the downloded movies.But as cbrooks said you have to extract the file with WinRAR and you will get the file to watch and don'tworry VLC plays basically anything.
