i have a video file that i Dl and i cant get dvdshrink to open it so i asked and they said i had to convert the file [a4e]s-cry-ed_01-26[divx.5.05].ogm to a differnt format so it could read the file, but when i use Divxtodvd to convert the file it says its unsupported or not a A/V file. so now i cant convert it so i can burn it, What is the file extention OGM and is that the reason nothing will read it. another thing is that it will play on my computer perfectly so the file isnt bad as far as i can tell. i read all these forums on AVI is there a way to convert my .OGM files to AVI so i can convert to to DVD lol i know im so dumb at this. please help this is so confusing.

I think you can use a program called OGM2AVI. OGM is just a wrapper for the DivX and other MPEG-4 codecs that works with it's own audio files to keep everything in sync. I forget at this time but there is a program that can make AVI's into authored MPEG-2 or something, but I forget the name. TMPGEnc I think it was called. I'll try to find some more info for you later.

Sorry, I don't know of anything that could be faster. If it's a 30 min video, then I wouldn't think it to be that long of a time. That's just how long conversions usually take.

If it's longer than that, try asking around on the forums or on our IRC chat room, #ad_buddies on irc.stormchat.org, and see if anybody has a testamonial about their experience.

If Im online, Im usually on Steam:
