You need the drivers for the motherboard, not the CPU which you jave listed.
Once you know what make and model it is, just go to the manuafacturers web site and search for downloads and software for latest drivers.
If you struggle to find them, then post the system details so we can look them up and post the links.
I presume there is no motherboard CD with the PC which should have all the files required.

you need the name of your motherboard to find out what drivers you need.
anyway it seems like that isnt your only problem unless youve made a typoe . an AMD 1800+ should be running at 1.53GHz not 1.15
Studio Comp: AMD Athlon XP 3200+ OC ~ 2.35GHz runs at 40 celcius idle and 48 under stress (aerocool GT1000 really works!), Asrock K7VT4A , 1024MB Dual Channel DDR 400, MSI Nvidia FX5200 128MB OC ~ 600MHz mem 350MHz core,80GB SATA + 200GB SATA + 120GB IDE, 7.1 Channel Soundblaster Audigy 2 Platinum EX sound and midi interface. 19" Sony SDM-HS95 TFT monitor - sweeet
Comp2: AMD Sempron 2400+ OC ~ 2.0GHz (Stable), Asrock K7S41GX, 512MB DDR 333, Onboard Graphics, 40GB Maxtor IDE
set of monitors on the way soon :P
Google is your friend...
WorkComp: LAPTOP, intel celeron D 2.4GHz, 256MB DDR, 20GB hd. NO SCREEN IT WAS SAWN OFF :S (bag of crap)

if it really is an AMD 1800+ then it should be running at 1.5GHz 1.15 sounds like a very slightly overclocked athlon 1100.
Anyway back to your driver problem.
you need to find out the make and model number of the motherboard your using otherwise there little hope of us giving you any help

Well if your dad does find the driver disc you wont need to find out what make your mobo is as youll have the drivers... lol
the best way to find out is simply to take the side off the case and take a look at the motherboard itself. they usually have the model number printed on the board somewhere
or if its a branded pc like HP or whatever jus find out the model number for that and i can find what drivers youll need
Also if this PC was built by someone you know and not a brand dont let them touch a computer again as theyve set your up wrong lol
you know how i said its supposed to be running at 1.5GHz well i think ive found out why it isnt. The FSB hasnt been set on the motherboard. this processor has a multiplier of 11.5 and an fsb of 133 (11.5 x 133 = 1.53GHz) your FSB is only set to 100 which explains why your only running at 1.15GHz (11.5 x 100 = 1.15GHz)
dont worry about this for the moment. when you find out what motherboard you have ill guide you through putting all that right
