I am having a problem with Getting my itone on.After you guys helped me figure out how to get my limewire songs on it.I am having a problem now.When I plug everything together my ipod will not update all I get is the do not dis sign and it is as if the computer and ipod are not connecting any advice would be great.Thanks

all that i know is that you have 3 options-

1-Mabye you could shut off the computer and the ipod may be able to diconect?
2-if you dont have the automatically update feature, click File and click "update ipod".
3-just disconect the ipod even though it says not to. Actually, that IS a bad idea. my friend did that and his ipod got a little screwed up.
