PS2 can't read my code breaker?

hi guys:
i've got two questions here. first, i've downloaded the code breaker v9.iso and bunt it into both CD-R & DVD-r, but none of them readable by ps2. so, i really need help with people who successfully bunt the iso image. please show me step by step how you did it.>_< (by the way, i am not sure if ps2 read only certain brand name of cd/dvds?, just curious!) another question is once first question is solved, how do i use code breaker to enter the codes?
any suggestion and opinions will be appreciated. thank you!

he means what are you using to boot it up? Mod Chip or Swap Magic. I think only burnt copies of Codebreaker will work on Modchips not thru sm.
