hi im real confused, im relativelt new to all this and my friend says as long as he gets a step by step, and list of required programs, he can burn me kingdom hearts 2....please help

extract it with WinRAR and you should get an image file, burn it with dvd decryter .

alright now one more question, how come i cant download DVD Decrypter, and with it can i still saee the ingamre cutscenes?

err... that depends on the game you download, not dvd decrypter.
you need a dvd burner to burn ps2 dvd games.
P.S if the file is larger than 4.36 Gb, you might need to rebuild the game to make it work with SM 3.6

you may need to rebuild if it is larger than 4.36 gb, larger than 4.38gbs definatly need rebuild.
i think burner works on all computers. my computer is 3 yrs old and it works fine with a new burner.

like i said, if after you extracted the rar , the iso is under 3.36 gb it probably fine .
