So there we go... I don't understand. I burned movies and only one is not written, while it works perfect in the different players.
With mp 3 files: no problem. Only movies and not all. Also it is unclear as far as I checked if it could be a different movie file compared to others. But with the movies files not burned there is not really something similar or so.... Well so to say: it is unclear to me. I hope somebody can give a nice light on this one

uhm sorry, but I try to find things out and for example I have Nero on a cd (delivered with notebook) but it seems impossible to get rid of incd, without uninstalling whole Nero. ? I really don't know how to uninstall incd or how to install Nero without tried to find the answer on internet etc.. but?? There is no control panel or something and even in the program files of Nero the folder will just refuse to go away...... So I can download Nero via afterdawn without incd??, but is this only a trial 7.0.1.4b

yes you can download Nero from either AD or other places..

as i posted, you uninstall Nero as you would uninstall any program ie via control panel's add/remove, then uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, then reinstall Nero WITHOUT installing InCD. you just enter your own serial number when you fire up Nero afterwards

hi, well most advises I worked out changed them, but..desafortunadamente I don't know how to get writing speed at 4 times, it offers 2.4 (3.324 Kb/s) which is already faster then 2 times another higher option is maximum, but in the configaration of Nero (6.0.0.18 now, without incd, yes yes) I saw that that writing would be 16 times then at least that's what i found. Now I hope you could help me again; do you know how to change it to 4 times or is 2.4 fine to try so to say or is this write speed 16 times referring to something else (you never know)?

 thank you anyway till now
 maria

make sure to always put blank disc in drive BEFORE hitting the 'burn' button, this allows Nero to detect the speed capabilities of discs

							Good morning creaky
I did that yes, and then the options where as I mentioned so I think that's it what you are trying to say. It will detect the speed capabilities and then give options available; 2.4 is then the best I think and 16 is to fast(?), if I am already able to change it myself.
And before I will test again burning; about the physical memory I closed many programs and see that cpu is 52%, but the available physical memory is still not improved, with Nero running it will probably be even less again. The processes active with quiet some activity : taskmgr.exe, svhost.exe, alg.exe.,sssxsisc.exe, NkbMonitor.exe,explorer.exe,iexplore.exe, X10nets.exe, then there are many smaller ones active. I can close many probably for the moment and will get a message or something when I should not because they are essential for the computer to run anyway, but maybe I remove some if I'm not using them at all. I should probably find info about these different processes to try to find out if I can really remove them so they will not take energie at all anymore.

And in meanwhile I tried to find out what find out what this DMA is as part of two controllers, what the difference is of having it on or off, can you explain a bit what it is and why it is for Nero burning better to turn in on? (interest) Thank you maria

Well anyway thanks for the help, I was a bit enthousiastic maybe not in the right forum asking the last questions? But I found most answeres myself (yes first look yourself and you find a lot, I know) but: only de DMA is still unclear.. who know's where I will find the answer..
I burnt a first dvd again and worked fine, quick and
 well
 gracias maria
