Well dude try this

Go to start Click run

Type Ipconfig/all

where it says Default gateway: enter the numbers there on your web browser for example http://192.168.1.1

This should bring up your cofiguration screen for your modem

look for something called port forwarding or virtual server and enter the information it asks inserting the port you are listening to

After you have completed that allow this port to pass through your firewall and now restart your computer and your modem(just turning it off for 10 seconds)

This should sort your problem just post again for information if u cant get it to work. Dude try Http://portforward.com

Good luck!
