I noticed in another post that you can remove the cap. I tried the procedures that was directed to the guy that was stuck but it failed because local area network cable was unplugged i figured this isnt working because i use a wireless connection so is there any other way to solve this issue ?

Thanking you in advance:)

Tam,

Im guessing you are using my instructions for uncapping bandwith ;)

It should work with wireless as long as the computer you are taking the wireless from is cable or LAN. I just used it on my laptop yesterday so I know that it does work with wireless.

Sure ;)

1. Go to "run"

2. type in (no quotes) "ipconfig/flushdns"
3. type in (no quotes) "ipconfig/release"
4. type in (no quotes) "ipconfig/renew"
5. type in (no quotes)"exit"

Good luck!

Hmmm...guess youre gonna have to do it from the computer that is connected directly to the modem if that is available to you.
