I'm doing this for the first time. What websites do you go to, to burn the PS2 Games. Then please tell me step by step what to do next.
I keep hearing that this is possible but I don't know anyone with this information. Thanks Q-DOG.

yes it is possiable but you need to mod your ps2 either with a mod chip or a set of disks called swap magic

and if you use swap magic you will also need one other mod like a fliptop (aftermarket, not the one that comes on the slim) or other to stop it from resetting when you swap.
not sure what your asking about the website, there are tutorials here on how to burn games, and DVD Decrypter, if you can find it, is a great program for doing it.
