thanks for the link. I have tried to follow their tutorials except I cannot create a static ip because the command prompt doesn't work properly on my computer. Is there a way to create a static ip without using the command prompt?

After I foreworded my ports bittorrent worked fine until a couple days ago. Now I get a message that comes and goes on a seeminly random basis that says I'm behind a firewall(which I don't have) or NATed. Can someone help pls?
