If you are talking about downloading, then if there are no seeds then tough luck. Try requesting a re-seed on the tracker forum. If you can't or get no response, tough luck. Buy the game.

Well, it doesen't matter if you have copyrighted files on your PC, unless you share them, you're not really in danger.. don't show anyone you can't trust what you have on your computer.
