well actually that would be a good start as you havent told us what mpeg format the file is.
1,2,3,4?????????????
the program will tell you what mpeg format the file is and then once you copy and paste the file details in your nexr post we can direct you to the next step..................
if you look at the center of the picture just type the web address into your browser and download the app

Hello All,
Let me pick up where the last person left off since I am in the same boat.
According to avicodec, my files are mpeg2.
I burned it to a blank DVD and it plays in, PowerDVD, WinDVD, and Nero Showtime, on my computer, but won't play on my home DVD player.
If you click open, the disc shows 2 folders.
The first folder is titled AUDIO_TS, it is empty.
The other one is titled VIDEO_TS it has 9 files: 2-BUP, 2-IFO, and 5 MPEG files.
How do I burn it to a blank DVD so it will play on my standalone?
I have Nero 7 Ultra
Thanks in advance

You have to convert to DVD format( you can use Nero Vision) and then burn the resulting files with Nero Burning Rom.

cyprusrom,
Thanks for replying.
I went to Nero Vision, but it's not very intuitive.
Are there any other programs or guides on how to do this, either for Nero or other programs?
Thanks Again
