I have been experiencing a lot of problems with my liteon sohw 1693S. sometimes i just feel like taking it out of my computer and smashing it with a hammer. i am thinking about returning it and getting a nec 3550a which i recently bought and not had any problems with yet. is that a good trade? is anyone else besides me having issues with a liteon 1693s or is it just me? I purchased it at walmart i am geussing thats the problem. thanks in advance to all that reply.

I have NEC 3500,3520,3540 models and have never had any problems from them.
