azreus 6881 NAT problms and others

hello guys, i recently found an interesting problem. I am using azureus for a long time and never have NAT problm, (donno why and how i configure), but i am using it!
last week, i re-install win xp with sp-2 and norton 2005, and let win firewell to protect my firewell and i think norton also has some firewell job. This is the same as before my laptop settings, but i install azureus 2.3.0.6 and install jre 1.5.06. i start my azerues and its halt...also my internet browsing or activity get stopped as long azureus opened, also it takes too much time for new version checking and port 6881 says NAT error, and sometimes its says unable to bla bla bla....used by other...something.

wht is the reason for this and how can i get a solution?
