I am going effing crazy!! I download all these videos, i converted them to .m4v using itunes: The video will play, but the audio won't work. Then, I got QuickTime Pro and do that export thing so I can convert it that way. It converts then pops up on my desktop. I right-click and go to Open With...iTunes and it won't open with iTunes! I've tried to drag and drop it onto my iPod, or into my library, and it won't work (only when I do it with QuickTime). So what the heck am I supposed to do?! It looks like I can only get it on my iPod if I have iTunes convert it, but if I don't have any audio what's the freaking point? Or how can I get the files I converted with QuickTime into iTunes?? I'm about to go crazy!!

PLEASE HELP!!!

p.s. I tried to have iTunes automatically sync new videos to the library, but it wont let me. Please help, cuz im on the verge of returning this piece of crap. Thanks!

Quicktime Pro does not support ripping dvd to iPod.

Yeah. You should check the guides at the top. The DVD Decrypter + Videora method is one of the only free options available.

no no no....you guys aren't understanding. I did not rip anything from a dvd. i downloaded music videos, and tv shows. i did download something from podtropolis.com that was ripped from dvd, but it was already supposed to be in iPod format. But as I said before, when I try and drop it into iTunes or play it with iTunes, it won't do it or play or work. It's weird cuz when i do it, nothing happens...as if i didn't do anything at all. again someone help, cuz i'm really about to try and return this crap.

Rather than dragging it into iTunes, you could dry the manual method of FILE--->ADD FILE TO LIBRARY, and then find your video..
