VOB blanker and menus

When using VOB blanker I have not been able to get the main menue to work. I blanked out 4 cells which contained only non essential info, FBI warning, PBS logo, Warner Brothers logo. Any suggestions appreciated. DVD was: Stephen Hawking's Universe

Download clonedvd2 and open it. Check the preserve menu and select the main and you are on your way to have the main movie and the menu.

Thanks for info, I tried Clone dvd2 and it did preserve the menues, I will read the jsoto link and see if I can get VOB blanker to do the same.
