How can I fit a lets say 3 hour movie onto a regular 120min. dvdr?

Well I have this movie that is over two hours long and I want to know is there a program that I can use on it to make it fit on a regular 2 hour dvd. I've been looking at that DVD Shrink would that program do it.

dvd shrink will compress it to fit. you might have to run AnyDVD also. it depends on the movie.
