BitComet Connection problems?

Hello, I'm having a problem with my BitComet program. Recently after about an hour of use I get disconnected from my internet conection, and a LAN network error mesage appears saying that I have exceded my 100mb/sec download limit. I changed my download and upload settings to well below that, yet I still get the same error message. Can someone help me out with this?

Edit: Turns out it wasnt download, upload problem after all. Seems it was a network error. It kept kicking me off by doing something with my IP address whatever it did my LAN was giving me the limited or no connectivity warning. And had to keep reconnecting to my service provider. For BitComet to work. But today its been working all day so problem solved :)
