i have verizon and was wondering if they have a good newsgrop for movies and shows? or is there a good one that is free? newsgrops is much safer than torrents rihgt?

You'll have to contact your ISP (Verizon) to see if they have any news servers.

If they don't provide one, look through this list: http://slyck.com/ng.php?page=2. There are some free sites, but they offer very little amounts of downloads per month, like 10mb a day or 1gb a month. There are a lot of other good sites that require payment. They differ by how much you would like to dl a month.
