Im a pretty experienced dolby digital, and dts user, and I have a question. Is it possible to play a .dts file, or a dts encoded wav file, directly from your pc like you can with ac3 files? Or is the only way to listen to a ripped dts track through burning a cd-r? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

thank you very much for your usefull info! Unfortunatly, they reaffirm my fears... that .dts files and dts wavs cannot be played back on a hard disk... :( I wonder if they ever will be...
