hi i am new to this but i have copied 2 dvd games before but when i tryed to copy haunting ground it just wont work for me i tryed using nero and it didnt work ,dvd decrypter and alohol 120% and all of them come up with errors and my disc is not usable any more i am using datawrite dvd-r 8x and buring them at 4x they will get to around 90% and says failed buring to dics i tryed rebuilding and deleting the dummy files and that dint work eather it copyed but wasnt reconized by swap magic could some one please help me

Did you replace the dummy file, or did you just delete it?

yes i replaced them with text documents whit the same name but after copy was complete it didnt work on my ps2

Then it might be the dvd's.
Try getting a proper brand like Taiyo Yuden (make sure they say "made in japan"), Verbatim, Ritek or the like.
Also try burnning at 2x or 4x like you did before.

i have brunt on these disc before and they have worked fine its just this game would u say that i am doing something wrong or the setting need to be changed

if you got a few games on those discs , it doesn't mean they are perfect.

try getting high quality media. as far as rebuilding is concerned i would recommend you get GNEi's Expert tool. it is very good.

thanks for your reply what would recomend i do as i bought 100 of these disc do you think they will copy this games on there if i rebuild it and delete the dummy files
