I basically know jack-sh-- about computers and just downloaded a BitTorrent. I downloaded FF7: advent children,s sweet movie, in less than a few hours. Now every other download says it'll take 4 Days, my download rate is between 4-10KB/s and I have a CA3 ethernet port from Verizon on a Westell 2000 modem. I'm using Bitcomet and don't have a router. I opened up the ports but still nothing. I recently tried to use the BT engine demo which brought my speeds up to 65-70 but the second time I' still a 7,8. Any suggestions, thanks.
