OK, I think I managed to set everything the right way (hopefully), when I try to download with Azureus the green lights are on at the bottom center of the azureus window and when it's downloading there's a green smiley to it, i assume it means everything is OK.
But the download speed is 5-6 Kb/s, I think this has something to do with the number of seeders, leechers, etc. or am I wrong?

Well, how many seeders / leechers do you have?

Do you have a firewall / router?
(If so, have you forwarded your ports?)

What is your connection speed / ISP?
