Trying to open Divx 6.1 restarts my computer

I'm not one to go and ask the forums, but this ones got me stumped. i recently downloaded divx 6.1. I am not new to the divx player, however it is the first time i have installed it on this computer and first time i have installed 6.1, I have used previous versions on other computers and i have nbever ran into this problem before, nor have i heard of anyone running into it.

Basicly like the subject says. i installed divx 6.1 play bundle. click the icon on my desktop, the computer restarts. tried the icon in the start menu, same thing.

Not to mention i cant get this xvid file to play right to save my life. This si the info that avicodec gives me.

Im totally lost,
