is it possible,using any client to seed using all my band width

Can only seed using your maximum upload speed , but in uTorrent you can set it to high bandwidth , i use a 100Mbit server so my upload is 3mb/s where as most isps only offer 512kbps upload

hi when i down load its at about 120kbs and i up at 35kbs but when i finished leeching i still only seed at 35 not the full 155 is that how its supposed to be

you know kbs and KB/s are diff yeah ?

120kbs works out at about 35KB/s up so you are usin your full up speed m8 , my isp provide me with 512kbs but it only goes up 60KB/s thats why i went for a server :)
