i just wrote tony hawks american wasteland fer ps2 onto an Imation DVD-R and when i put it into my ps2 there is a blank black screen after the Playstation 2 logo...can some1 please help with what couldve gone wrong ?

Don't Use Imitation, Use BEtter Media. Imitations one of tyhe baddest media for ps2 games.

I agree, Imation are surely not the best discs out there.
But i had a few on Imation that a friend had and i was able to play them.
What speed Imation DVD's.
+R or -R
What did you burn them with and at what speed?

I would get better media in the future, you can always use those
for movies.

i used DVD-R...and the games only goes uptil the logo...maybe my ps2s fucked up...not too sure...its an 8x dvd and i burnt at Max Speed...ill reply once ive tried it on a few of my frends ps2s
