Try going to a video store..

The ones over here still have quite a few PSX games.. ~30 or so..

Try getting them off bittorrent

These are only some of the sites that host .iso game files.

Read around about BitTorrent if you don't know what it is.

Hope this helps

16. Q. What do I need to play PSX backups?
A. Modchip or Breaker Pro: http://breakerpro.com/

62. Q. Screw the PS2, I wanna play PSX games on my PC, where can I find emulators for that?
A. http://ngemu.com/psx/index.php These are a lot more doable IF: You find the PSX bios. For copyright purposes think Google. Then you have to have a reasonably powerful PC, let's say with around 512MB's of RAM. Then you have to configure the audio, video, and CD-ROM plug ins. These will differ greatly from game to game. Mix, match, and google are your friends once again. The two most stable PSX emulators seem to be PSXeven or ePSXe. Most games run fine depending on how much you have running in the background and your plug in configuration.

57. Q. PS2 games are great and all, but I like old school games. Where can I find rare PSX games to download?
A. http://70.85.9.138:8989/ You have to sign up, but it's free. There are some rare gems there like Thousand Arms and Saiyuki Journeys West.

Emuparadise.org's download speed is limited to 10kB's/sec. FF7 is available via BT all over the place.

Lower your upload rate to about 15-25 depending if you have DSL or Broadband. Lower for DSL higher for Broadband

The rule of thumb is so to set your upload speed to 80% of your max upload speed. I.E. if 32kB's/sec is your max upstream speed, set it to 26kB's. Most likely it's the max speed of the people uploading the game. BitTorrent rarely takes advantage of your max download speed. It has a lot more to do with how fast people who're seeding the game can upload it. Honestly 50kB's/sec is pretty good. You're probably not going to get much faster than that.
