Sorry about the description, I'm sure it's not accurate, but what I need is a replacement monitor cable for and older CRT. I opened it up, and the end that connects to my monitor consists of a ground, a 4 cable bundle, and an 6 or 8 cable bundle, all plugged to the back of the crt. Searching around on the internet, all I could find are female to female vga cables. I'm hoping I can buy a replacement cable pre-setup. I don't really wanna have to cut into a vga cable and make my own. So does anyone know where I could pick up a replacement?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

One of the pins in the vga broke, so I only get a blue tinted image. It's not hard wired. Each of the two groups of wires is connected to an individual white male connector piece. They snap into the corresponding female piece on the circuit board that's on the back of the cr tube.

basically it is hardwired & not normally removeable. can see if monitor manufacturer has that cable in supply but doubtful. can replace the connector yourself or have it replaced at a tv/monitor repair store. i've replaced a number of connectors on monitors myself but i know what i am doing.
