has anyone received the folling error during boot up?

Scanning BIOS Image in Hard Drive?

Will not boot to floppy, CD or anything, ???
Emailed tech support, still waiting, compusa said bring it in so they can "look" at it...don't want to do that if i don't have to... Any ideas would be helpful!

AMD athlon 64 3000+
1GB RAM
Maxtor 160GB Sata HD
TI-4400 Nvidia Video card,
Pioneer DVD-RW
