Best data-only DVD, which UDF version works best?

I'm not familiar with the best way to burn an archive data DVD which will contain only raw files. I assume it's best to use UDF alone instead of the UDF/ISO bridge method. Since there's no worrying about compatibilty with a simple data archive disc, which version of UDF would have an advantage over the others? Would the version affect the reliability of the data storage in the long run?
