could you please tell me why a xvid-imbt file will not convert to divx,im using 4cc changer,whats the imbt bit mean,,thanks

imbt would be the release group and since it would be an AVI, I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't be able to change the FourCC. Guess maybe it is corrupt or incomplete. Does it play ok?

yes it plays crystal clear on media player,just need to change it from XviD to DivX to convert with dvd santa.any ideas would be great ,thanks

Surely DVD Santa can handle XviD? DivX's decoder handles XviD's FourCC anyway.
