Im having problems with magic swap 3.6 on the ultimateswap disc (dam it should sue them for false advertisment) i know my backed up dvds are good because i had dvd advance before that and it all worked fine but no matter what i do with the magic swap on the ultimate swap disc it says invalid ps2 disc, i have followed the instuctions listed on the site. I know to use the magic slide tool to slide the little part in the disc tray to the left after swaping out discs, im using god of war as a refresh toc and im using Taiyo Yuden 8x dvd-r's and have tryed straight iso's aswell as rebuilt iso's of several games. Like i said the games work fine with hd advance (well the compatable ones) im not sure what the problem is. Anyone know if tese ultimateswap versions of magic swap are complete crap or not and just not work for some people? i have read and it seems like most peoples problems are that they didnt know how to switch the media from cd to dvd on the ultiamate swap and as far as i can tell most of these people have (accually all as far as i can tell) resovled their issues with this product. Unfortunatly i can not, anyone have any bit of advice that i may be doing something wrong? I have sent an e-mail asking a refund of my monky to ps2cover.com as i order the magic swap 2 disc set vrs. this ultimate swap but i understand they are a B$#% to deal with and would like to get it working.

Thanks in advance, this is my first post and love the forums they have been a great help over the past month.

use a different game to refresh the toc, duel layer games don't work too good.

wait. There's a way to play other region DVDs in a PS2? I heard of modchips doing that, but didn't know any software could do the same? What is it?
