yea i know theres a thread on how to do something similar to this, but that eplains how to do multiple ps2 cd-r games on a dvd-r.

A. Yes. It doesn't work all the time. Some games have LBA checks, detecting whether or not there is more than one game on a DVD. For those games it won't be possible to compile them on a multi game disc. Even if it works, it doesn't necessarily work well.

I don't think it's possible at current PSpness. I've read it is, but not from anyone knowlegable. I've never seen it done before.
